BALTIC WALLET TERMS OF SERVICES
The following Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Baltic Wallet service (“Service”) provided by Baltic Wallet UAB (“Baltic Wallet”, “we” or “our”), a company registered in Lithuania. By using the Service, you (“you”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are fit to use the Service
To access the Service, the creation of a personal account (“Account”) is required. During the registration process, the user must provide accurate and complete information and keep this information updated over time. You are responsible for the security of your login credentials and for any activity conducted under your Account.
The Service allows you to store, send and receive supported cryptocurrencies (“Digital Currencies”). Baltic Wallet reserves the right to add or remove Supported Digital Currencies at any time without notice. You are responsible for verifying the compatibility of Digital Currencies with the Service before taking any action.
Use of the Service incurs fees and commissions, as specified on the Baltic Wallet website. These rates and fees may be changed at any time and at our discretion. You agree that you are responsible for paying all applicable fees and commissions.
Baltic Wallet takes appropriate security measures to protect users’ data and Digital Currencies. However, you are solely responsible for the security of your Account and your Digital Currencies. In case of unauthorized access or loss of Digital Currencies, Baltic Wallet shall not and cannot be held liable.
In no event shall Baltic Wallet be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages (including, without limitation, loss of profits, use, data or other intangible losses) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.
Baltic Wallet reserves the right to change the Terms at any time and at its discretion. You are responsible for periodically checking the Terms for any changes. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lithuania. For any dispute arising out of these Terms or relating to the Service, the parties agree to attempt to resolve such disputes through amicable negotiation. In the event of no agreement, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Lithuanian courts.
You may close your Account at any time by sending a written request to Baltic Wallet. Baltic Wallet may close or suspend your Account at its sole discretion and without notice if you violate the Terms, to comply with legal requests or to protect your interests. In case of closure of the Account, the user will have to withdraw all the Digital Currencies in his Account within a reasonable period communicated by Baltic Wallet.
All right, title and interest in and to the Service and content associated with it, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, text, images and software, are the exclusive property of Baltic Wallet or its licensors and are protected by Lithuanian law and international law on copyright, patents, trademarks and trade secrets.
Use of the Service is subject to the Baltic Wallet Privacy Policy which is available on the Baltic Wallet website. By using the Service, the user accepts the treatment of his personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without Baltic Wallet’s prior written consent. Baltic Wallet may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms without your consent, provided that such assignment or transfer does not affect your rights.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of the Terms will remain in effect.
The failure of Baltic Wallet to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies or agreements incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Baltic Wallet relating to your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, whether written or oral , between you and Baltic Wallet.
If you wish to make a complaint about the Service, you must do so in writing by emailing admin@balticminers.com. Baltic Wallet undertakes to respond to any complaint within a reasonable period of receipt of the complaint, generally within 30 days.
Neither party will be liable for any delay or failure to perform under these Terms if such delay or failure is directly or indirectly caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of terrorism, natural disasters, war, strikes, epidemics, network outages or blackouts.
If you suspect that an unauthorized operation has been made through your Account, you should contact Baltic Wallet immediately. Baltic Wallet undertakes to promptly investigate the suspicious transaction and, if necessary, to take appropriate measures to limit further loss or damage. However, it is your responsibility to protect your Account and login credentials and to follow the security recommendations provided by Baltic Wallet.
In the event of a dispute between you and Baltic Wallet, the parties undertake to resolve the dispute through friendly negotiations. If the parties fail to reach an agreement within 30 days of the date of notification of the dispute, either party may submit the dispute to a mediation process conducted by an independent mediator. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, the parties may seek legal recourse as described in Section 8 of these Terms.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Baltic Wallet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers and licensors from and against any and all claims, actions, causes of action, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses ( including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees and expenses) arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
Baltic Wallet reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to transfer the company, the Service, or both, to another jurisdiction, without any notice or need for prior notice to the user. In the event of a transfer, Baltic Wallet will continue to comply with applicable laws and regulations in the new jurisdiction and will endeavor to notify users of any changes to the Terms of Service or Privacy Policy resulting from such a transfer. You agree and acknowledge that such transfer may result in changes to the laws and regulations applicable to the Service, and you will be responsible for complying with such laws and regulations.
Baltic Wallet reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to transfer the Service, in whole or in part, to another person, even in another jurisdiction, without any notice or need for prior communication to the user. In the event of an assignment, the assignee will assume all rights and obligations of Baltic Wallet under these Terms of Service and will comply with applicable laws and regulations in the new jurisdiction. You agree and acknowledge that any such assignment may result in changes to the laws and regulations applicable to the Service, and you will be responsible for complying with such laws and regulations. Baltic Wallet undertakes to inform users of any changes to the Terms of Service or the Privacy Policy resulting from such transfer.
